Guests also have a free gym, a spa, massages on request, room service and packed lunches on request. The bright rooms have air conditioning, free WiFi, satellite TV, a minibar and quality bed linen, and some look out over the river. The concierge can arrange transfers, guided tours, shows and boat trips. Before arrival, the hotel sends an email link to verify the guest's payment card.
